30-Day Return Window
Contact [email protected] to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, the item and the reason for your request.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Items returned because you changed your mind must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging. Keep the crown and brim protected during return shipping. The customer pays the return shipping cost. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, is defective or is not the item ordered, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. Photos can help us assess it. We will arrange the appropriate resolution with you and cover required return shipping for these issues. The unused-condition and original-packaging requirements for ordinary returns do not prevent you from reporting a damaged, defective or incorrect item.

Inspection and Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will assess it against the applicable return conditions. After the refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. There is no restocking fee.
